- Multi-Channel Execution: Effectively expand and manage demand generation programs across search, social media, content marketing, webinars, video, and website optimization.
- Optimize Revenue & Reduce Leakage: Implement best practices to maximize marketing efficiency and ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) seamlessly transition into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Market Intelligence & Positioning: Own competitive research, buyer insights, and value proposition messaging to position NetCom Learning as a market leader among decision-makers in B2B and B2G segments.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right messaging, sales collateral, and lead insights to drive conversions and close deals.
- Process & Performance Management: Oversee marketing automation processes, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards to track lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
- Optimization & Analytics: Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimize strategies using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of 10-12 marketing professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.
Who Are We Looking For?
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
- Expertise in omni-channel marketing, including search, social, content, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead scoring methodologies.
- Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of campaign measurement and performance optimization.
- Experience in ABM, inbound marketing, and sales enablement strategies.
- Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in the training or education industry is a plus.
