Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Webservices, Spring Data, Hibernate, and Jasper Reports.

The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion.

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 9+ years of experience in software development.

- Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Hibernate, JasperReports.

- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end frameworks.

- Experience in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
