- Ensure reports are created as per client specifications
- Maintain highest level of quality and accuracy
- Ensure verification results are reported accurately
- Meet established service levels and turnaround time
- Ensure achievement of assigned production targets
- Adhere to quality parameters specified for the process
- Ensure continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, responsiveness and operational processes
- Good verbal and written English language skills
- Quality orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment
- Must be able to multi-task and function independently
- Ability to handle pressure
- Must have basic computer-handling skills
- Typing speed of 35 WPM or better
- Previous report writing or checking experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of MSOffice and e-mail applications
