Aliens Group - Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking/Fund Raising (1-5 yrs)

- Work closely with the Fundraising Head in the entire fundraising process to close transactions for the Group

- Oversee research and analysis on areas affecting the organization and real-estate industry including but not limited to Competitors, Financial Parameters, etc

- Analyze company, build business models, assess capital requirements, perform deal structuring and create any collateral required for transactions

- Initiate/Assist deal origination; build, refine and update financial models; prepare Pitch books/Information Memorandums for the potential investors, resolve investor queries, provide appropriate financial data/analysis

- Valuation analysis using appropriate models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Companies and Comparable Transactions (Comps), M&A models, and/or LBO models, etc to assess the feasibility of various transaction and financing structures

- Facilitate commercial/legal/financial due diligence and deal closure

- Keep a track of all the regulatory/compliance requirements involved in or affecting the transaction
