Brand Manager

Purpose :

Responsible for Developing Brand Strategy strategy and Driving Brand activities in the year across channels, geographies to ensure delivery against Brand Marketing and Business Objectives.

Brand Strategy:

- Identify the brand strategy to drive brand growth across all channels .

- Develop Annual brand plan with key growth pillars and execution elements.

- Proactively track competition and category updates across channels and make Action plan for brand

- Identify and Leverage Brand Growth opportunities by understanding Consumer behavior and Market needs

- Understand the impact of cost elements on brand profitability and control brand support expenditure to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved.

Creatives:

- Develop and Execute innovative Brand Creatives Instore/ online to Drive brand Awareness and Strengthen Brand Identity

- Design and implement impactful and engaging Ecommerce Creatives to Drive Awareness and Conversions.

Partnering with agency and stakeholder management:

- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner

- Work with Agency partners to develop and Implement Creative execution across Offline and Online Media.

Qualification:

- We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management role and overall Experience between 4-7 Years .

- Experience in FMCG industry is a must.

- The candidate must be an MBA from a reputed B-School.

- The candidate should have worked in a category which has a strong presence in MT/ ECom channel.
