Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digitalization Specialist to enhance our manufacturing processes through digital transformation. This role involves the implementation of advanced technologies to optimize production, improve quality, and increase overall efficiency in Lion battery manufacturing.

Role & responsibilities

• Digital Strategy Development collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a digitalization strategy aligned with manufacturing goals.
• Process Optimization, analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through automation, data analytics, and IoT integration.
• Technology Implementation lead to the deployment of digital tools and technologies, including ERP systems, data management platforms, and predictive maintenance solutions.
• Utilize data analytics to monitor production performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing workflows.
• Provide training and support to staff on new digital tools and processes, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Manage digital transformation projects from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
