Business Performance Manager, Operational Excellence

What you will do

In this vital role you support operational excellence initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of performance. This role reports to the Operational Excellence Senior Manager as part of the overall Transition Management team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operational excellence concepts, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Support the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies.
• Assist in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all documentation related to operational excellence is accurately maintained and updated.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement for future projects.

What we expect of you

Doctorate degree

OR

Masters degree and 4 to 6 years of Continuous Improvement or Project Management experience

OR

Bachelors degree and 6 to 8 years of Continuous Improvement or Project Management experience

OR

Diploma and 10 to 12 years of Continuous Improvement or Project Management experience

Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills:

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
• Operational Excellence Experience
• Expertise in project management principles and documentation

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience in multi-site project models and client communication
• Preferred experience in corporate operational excellence
