JOB TITLE/DESIGNATION Officer

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(List the principal duties, activities, and responsibilities for the position in descending order of importance.)

1) Work with team to install upgrade and maintain local site infrastructure VM’s and services (DHCP, DNS, proxies)
2) Configuration management and change control of network infrastructure including routers, Catalyst switches, Packet Shapers, Firewalls and IDS/IPS
3) Manage all aspects of network security (load balancers, firewalls
4) Administration of switches, configuration of firewalls, set-up of VPN connections administration of load balancer systems
5) Design and installation of LAN and WAN infrastructure
6) Plan, design, install and maintain networks and servers in support of information systems
7) Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including server hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
8) Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement
9) Manage the daily backup process to ensure the data for all sites are successfully backed up
10) Create the necessary documentation on systems and processes.
11) Strong Network Troubleshooting Skills.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED B.E. (Computers/IT/Electronics), B. Sc. (Computer Science/IT) preferred. Any Graduate with technical background/networking certification.
