- Extensive real estate experience with rich experience in people/Team management.
- Managing the entire site and staff (Sales) allocated at the site.
- Managing & driving the channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network.
- Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy
- Train and evaluate the teams performance (10 to 15 employees).
- Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates Knowledge of projects in Market
