QA Manual Trainee program consists of:

- Online course;

- Laboratory.

About the online course

The online course is a theoretical preparation for the Laboratory and further employment. You will learn how to systematically evaluate software functionality, identify bugs, and ensure product quality. This course offers comprehensive training in manual testing techniques, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in quality assurance roles.

Terms:

- The start of the course is planned for September (upon formation of the group);

- Duration is about 2.5 months;

- 2 times a week for 1.5-2 hours in the evening;

- Format: online conferences;

- Group size is 20-25 people;

- Certificate of participation at the end of the course;

- Mentors: Middle/Senior QA Engineers of our company;

- No salary/stipend during this training period;

- Cost of the participation - 1300 INR.

Eligibility criteria for the course:

- Basic knowledge of software testing;

- Sufficient level of spoken English;

- Comfortable with computers and skilled in using software effectively;

- City of residence - Bangalore, India;

- Willingness to continue further cooperation with Andersen.

The selection process for the course:

- online testing (basics of software testing);

- English proficiency check.

About the Laboratory

The Laboratory is a practical preparation for the tasks on upcoming projects under the guidance of an experienced supervisor and integration into the workflow of the project. During this period, a trainee continues to master new skills and deepens the existing ones, acquires practical skills in commercial development and masters qualities that are important for a future employee: reliability, discipline, proactivity and a responsible attitude (assessment by the PM of the project).

Terms:
- Training format: full-time, office-based (5 working days, 8 hours a day);

- Signing an Apprenticeship contract for 1.5 years;

- 15,000 INR gross per month scholarship;

- Theoretical training with weekly knowledge assessments;

- Practical experience on a training project under the guidance of experienced mentors, with integration into the workflow of commercial projects;

- Classes focused on mastering soft skills and self-presentation;

- Regular monitoring of trainee progress and providing feedback;

- Trainees are required to use their own equipment (personal laptop) during the training period;

- Approximate training duration is 5-6 months;

- Training concludes upon starting work on a commercial project;

- Upon confirmation of your work on a commercial project, you will be promoted to a Junior 1 specialist in our company.

Eligibility criteria for the Laboratory:

- successfully completed the Andersen QA Manual course - mandatory;

- technical interview;

- online tests (critical thinking, problem-solving, English grammar);

- technical interview;

- acquaintance interview with a recruiter.
