Job Title: Specialist - Risk Initiatives

Location: Mumbai,Andheri East

What you will do: `The Specialist - Risk Initiatives will lead and execute strategic risk-related projects within the Risk Management vertical. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance risk management frameworks, drive innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management and a deep understanding of risk dynamics in the broking industry.This role is suited for a proactive and strategic professional passionate about advancing risk management practices in the dynamic broking industry.

Key Responsibilities.

Project Leadership

• Drive end-to-end execution of risk projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources for risk initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver on project objectives.
• Identify gaps in the current risk management processes and propose improvement initiatives.
• Work on designing and implementing advanced risk monitoring and mitigation frameworks.
• Ensure all risk initiatives comply with SEBI and other regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into ongoing and future projects.
• Explore and integrate advanced technologies, including data analytics and AI, into risk management practices.
• Lead initiatives to digitize and automate risk processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as a liaison between the risk management team and other departments to drive cross-functional alignment on risk projects.
• Present project updates, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Define success metrics for risk initiatives and monitor performance against them.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and risk outcomes.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure organizational awareness of new risk initiatives.
• Document and share best practices within the team and across the organization.

Who you are:

Education: Bachelors degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. Certifications such as PRM, FRM, or PMP are preferred.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in risk management or related roles, with a focus on project execution.
• Experience in the broking or financial services industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements in India.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
