SAP SuccessFactors Specialist - Employee Central/Payroll Modules (6-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central core, time off, timesheet, and benefits modules.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

- Integrate SuccessFactors with other third-party systems (i.e., payroll, HRIS, time and attendance).

- Lead and manage end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.

- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

- Oversee project execution and ensure successful delivery.

- Provide ongoing support for SuccessFactors Employee Central, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries.

- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.

- Lead and mentor a team of SuccessFactors consultants.

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

- Provide guidance and support to ensure team success.

- Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.

- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central with Time Off, Timesheet, and Benefits.

- Basic knowledge of EC Payroll.

- Minimum 6 support project experiences.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams for implementation projects.

- Experience working directly with clients or independently.

- Strong team player with high confidence level.

- Self-motivated individual with a strong background in business knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central or related modules.

- Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruiting modules.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (i.e., JavaScript, XML).

- Familiarity with integration technologies (i.e., APIs, web services)
