SAP HR/HCM Consultant (12-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP HR/HCM implementation and rollout projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budgets.

- Configure and customize SAP HR/HCM modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Possess a deep understanding of payroll processing and regulations.

- Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.

- Configure and maintain payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.

- Have a strong understanding of all SAP HR/HCM modules, including Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits.

- Configure and maintain HR processes to support business needs.

- Have at least 12 years of experience in implementing Time and Payroll modules.

- Configure time schemas, personnel calculation rules, and other relevant settings.

- Support integrations between SAP and non-SAP applications.

- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.

- Work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

- Present project updates and findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

- Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP HR/HCM project implementation and rollout.

- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and regulations.

- Strong functional and configuration skills in all areas of SAP HR/HCM modules.

- At least 12 years of experience in Time and Payroll implementation.

- Hands-on experience with Time/Payroll schemas and personnel calculation rules.

- Experience with system integrations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR solutions.

- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.

- Certifications in SAP HR/HCM modules
