Manager - Procurement (5-8 yrs)

1. Establish supplier positioning and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, influencing their processes, resource decisions, performance management, and policies to create mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.

2. Utilize current industry trends, data analysis, third-party supplier spend data, and internal requirements to develop strategies that proactively identify optimization opportunities to assist the Business Team in meeting their goals.

3. Oracle ERP (On-Premise) Experience o Hands-on experience with modules such as CUPA Supply Risk Management and iProcurement within the Oracle ERP suite (specifically on-premise, not cloud).

4. Purchase Order Management o Proven experience in creation and management of Purchase Orders.

5. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) o Knowledge of CLM tools and processes is a good-to-have.

6.Financial Health Analysis o Ability to analyze and assess the financial health of suppliers or vendors.

7.Commercial Negotiation o Strong skills in negotiating commercial terms with vendors and service providers.

8. Previous experience driving change, managing conflict, encompassing diverse perspectives, decision-making, securing support, and building consensus to achieve goals.

9. Demonstrated experience exceeding the demands of various internal stakeholders across multiple business units and regions.

10. Experience using varying types of communication to effectively articulate complex ideas and strategies.

11. Experience working in a self-directed environment, maintaining a focus on teamwork and interpersonal communication.
