Associate - Legal - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)

A leading Tier 2 law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate (Real Estate) with 2-5 years of PQE to join its dynamic Real Estate team in Mumbai and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts, including sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, and joint venture agreements.

- Conducting title due diligence and preparing detailed title reports.

- Advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues related to real estate transactions.

- Managing real estate disputes and providing strategic legal advice.

- Liaising with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Key Requirements

- Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years of experience in real estate law, preferably at a reputed law firm.

- Strong experience in title due diligence and handling real estate transactions.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
