Partner - Real Estate (10-17 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Partner to lead and expand the firm's Real Estate practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in real estate transactions, title diligence, land acquisition, leasing, financing, and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong client relationships, business development skills, and the ability to mentor and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing, and financing.

- Provide strategic legal counsel on title due diligence, land laws, regulatory compliance, and structuring deals.

- Work closely with developers, institutional investors, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the firm's Real Estate practice.

- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

- Stay updated on real estate laws, RERA, environmental regulations, and other sector-specific legal developments.

Key Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in real estate law, with a strong transactional background.

- Proven expertise in land acquisition, title due diligence, leasing, real estate financing, and litigation (if applicable).

- A strong client base or a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Business development skills with a track record of securing high-value mandates.

- Experience in managing and mentoring teams.

- Strong understanding of local and national real estate regulations.
