Job Title: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Key Account Managers to join our team. The Key Account Managers will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key industrial customers, including large FMCG brands, QSR chains, and regional clients, to drive sales and revenue growth in their respective regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and revenue growth with key industrial customers, including major FMCG brands, QSR chains, and regional clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts, including senior management, purchasing managers, and category heads, to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as prospect and onboard new industrial customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolve customer issues, and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with key accounts to track progress against sales targets, identify opportunities for growth, and address any challenges or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and value-added services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of trade with key accounts to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on key account performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our brand, products, and services, and build relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to key accounts, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to help them achieve their business objectives and drive mutual success.
Qualifications and Skills:
1) Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the food solutions, packaging, flavours industry, with a proven track record of success in managing large industrial customers.
2) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
3) Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of analysing market data, identifying opportunities, and developing actionable plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
4) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to generate and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and customer data.
6) Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and occasionally nationally for client meetings, events, and conferences.
