Role: VP - Operations

Experience :- Minium 15 Years in Flexible Packaging Industries.

Operations Management:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the company and working to improve the efficiency of business processes. This can include production, manufacturing, purchasing, and policies.

Strategy Implementation:

- Putting into action the strategies developed by top management and ensuring alignment with the organization's goals. They work closely with the CEO and other executives to update operations and organizational structures.

Leadership:

- Providing strong leadership, direction, and management to the organization. They convey the strategic vision to front-line management and rank-and-file employees.

Change Management:

- Implementing necessary changes to internal processes and structures to increase efficiency, quality, or employee productivity or satisfaction.

Crisis Management:

- Acting quickly and decisively during an unforeseen event or crisis to provide direction and maintain the company's operations as smoothly as possible.

Performance Metrics:

- Establishing and tracking performance metrics to evaluate organizational performance and the performance of individual departments.

Collaboration:

- Working in tandem with human resources to ensure proper recruitment, development, and retention of key talents to fulfill the operational needs of the company.

Budget Management:

- Overseeing the company's financials, including budgeting and reporting. They ensure that the company gets the best return on its investments.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Acting as a liaison between the company and its stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicating messages and updates. You may also be involved in negotiating major contracts and other strategic and tactical actions to attain our organizational objectives.
