Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee all brand-building, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation activities.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing and SEO strategies.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business needs.
- Manage and optimize social media, PR, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech company, SaaS, or IT solutions firm.
- Proven track record in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and branding.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and performance analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Startup mindset - self-driven, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.
