Experience Required: 10–18 years (Minimum 3 years in NCR-based real estate liaison)

Svran Group is a key player in the pharmaceutical and education sectors, now diversifying into real estate with a massive portfolio of 35 million sq. ft. across cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai and Kolkata.
Role Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned professional to lead all external approvals, statutory clearances, and liaison activities for our high-end commercial real estate projects across Delhi NCR. The individual will act as the single point of contact for government and quasi-government bodies involved in the real estate development cycle from land acquisition and zoning to final occupancy and NOCs.
This role will require deep familiarity with the regulatory environment, key contacts in authorities, and proven experience securing permissions in Gurgaon (DTCP), Noida (GNIDA), and Delhi (DDA, MCD, MoEF, etc.).
