Full Stack Engineer - MERN Stack (4-6 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack (MERN) Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications.

You will work across the entire development stack, from front-end to back-end, and thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Over 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, contributing to 5-7 different products, including at least one B2C product.

- Proficient in backend technologies such as Nest.js, Node.js, JAVA and Python.

- Expertise in front-end frameworks like React.js, Next.js, and jQuery, with a strong grasp of standard HTML/CSS frameworks.

- Moderate experience in Angular is an advantage.

- Extensive knowledge of database management, schema design, and configurations, with experience in deploying products using a microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience in managing MongoDB Atlas or any cloud DB, expertise in DB management with NoSQL, SQL databases.

- Experience in Postgres and Mongo would be an added advantage.

- Experience with GraphQL platforms like Hasura for managing interconnected databases.

- Expertise in database encryption and decryption methodologies, as well as DevSecOps security protocols such as HTTPS, TLS, SSL, and CORS to maintain robust security standards.

- Experience with cloud deployment and server management.

- Ability to develop web applications efficiently within a short timeframe.

- Proven ability to showcase projects beyond professional work, including participation in hackathons.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field from a toptier university.

Responsibilities :

- Contribute to end-to-end architectural design and lead the development of key initiatives and modules.

- Deploy products on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, either as standalone systems or within a microservices architecture.

- Optimize server and cloud deployments for performance and scalability.

- Scale microservices and efficiently manage third-party integrations.

- Develop APIs and RESTful services while managing content management systems (CMS) like Strapi.

- Adhere to best coding practices and ensure high-quality standards in development.

- Utilize strong automation skills to write Python scripts for process improvements.

- Mentor and support team members by sharing knowledge, conducting code and design reviews, and driving improvements in code quality and development processes.

- Build mobile applications, preferably using Flutter.
