RPA Developer - UiPath/Blue Prism (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and identify business processes suitable for RPA automation.

- Design and develop RPA solutions using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.

- Develop RPA workflows using scripting languages like Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.

- Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web services (REST, SOAP).

- Test, debug, and refine RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Deploy and maintain RPA solutions in production environments.

- Monitor and analyze RPA performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Participate in Agile development cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as an RPA Developer or a similar role.

- Proficiency with one or more RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.)

- Strong programming skills in Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.

- Familiarity with workflow automation, process mining, and AI integration in RPA.

- Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and web services (REST, SOAP).

- Ability to work in Agile environments and experience with DevOps practices.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and suggest improvements.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

- Knowledge of robotic process automation frameworks.

- Understanding of IT security best practices
