NetSuite Administrator (4-7 yrs)

Job Overview :

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP platform.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all things NetSuitedriving configuration, maintenance, integrations, troubleshooting, and user support.

The ideal candidate will possess deep NetSuite expertise, understand business processes across finance, operations, and sales, and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration & Support :

- Serve as the primary administrator of the NetSuite platform, including managing users, roles, permissions, and security settings.

- Provide daily support to end users by troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and maintaining system integrity.

- Manage system configurations, custom fields, records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.

- Perform regular audits and system health checks to ensure data accuracy, user access compliance, and performance.

Customizations & Enhancements :

- Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), and automation to improve business processes.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.

- Maintain and enhance integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Concur, Avalara, etc.).

- Ensure timely testing and deployment of NetSuite patches, bundles, and upgrades.

Process Optimization & Reporting :

- Support finance, accounting, operations, and supply chain teams with real-time reporting, saved searches, KPI dashboards, and automated alerts.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes that align with business goals and NetSuite capabilities.

- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for system processes, best practices, and onboarding new users.

Compliance & Security :

- Implement and monitor security policies to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

- Assist with SOX compliance, audit reporting, and internal controls as necessary.

- Maintain backups, disaster recovery configurations, and system uptime monitoring.

Technical Skills & Qualifications :

Required :

- 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Management.

- Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow (workflows), SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Reports.

- Experience with SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) for scripting customizations and automation.

- Familiarity with NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, Mulesoft) and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Solid experience in managing roles, permissions, custom records, forms, and data imports/exports.

- Experience with data cleansing, migration, and transformation using CSV imports or APIs.

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred :

- NetSuite Administrator Certification is highly preferred.

- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld (multi-subsidiary environments).

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).

- Knowledge of basic SQL for data querying and reporting.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
