• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using technical manuals and diagnostic equipment
• Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement improvements to mechanical systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Electrical Technician:

Role:

• Electrical Technicians focus on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, and fixtures
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic tools
• Collaborate with engineers to design and implement electrical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability of electrical equipment
• Calibrate and maintain electrical instruments and controls
• Adhere to electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Document all electrical maintenance and repair activities
• Instrumentation Technician:

Role:

• Instrumentation Technicians specialize in maintaining and calibrating various instruments and control systems
• Responsibilities:Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in sensors, transmitters, and control valves
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize and upgrade instrumentation systems
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of control systems
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Interpret and update technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Keep accurate records of calibration and maintenance activities

Common Requirements for Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Technicians:

• A relevant technical diploma or certification
