Job Description
The roles main purpose is to handle the technical aspects of patentapplications. The role may require directly interfacing with the inventor(s) tocapture novel aspects of the invention. Further, the role may require searchingcapability and delivering patentability search reports. The role also entailsteam coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

- Understandingtechnical disclosures across different technical domains.
- Identificationof key/novel features from technical disclosures.
- Conductingpatentability search to determine close prior arts.
- Supportin freedom-to-operate (FTO), invalidity, and patent landscape studies.
- Workingon different patent databases, in addition, to performing searches on Google, GoogleScholar, Google patents, IEEE, ACM, Espacenet, and Freepatentsonline Orbit,Patseer, etc. Knowledge of patent classification.
- Preparationof reports for delivery.
- Tohandle any other reasonable task as specified by management
Requirements- B-techin CSE, ECE or another related domain.
- Exposureto FTO/Validity/Invalidity Searches.
- Strongknowledge of patent search methodologies.
- Excellentwritten and oral communication skills to interact effectively with clients andteams.
- Proficiencyin MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Abilityto work independently, manage multiple projects, and drive results.
