Talent Acquisition Associate

• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using various channels such as phone calls, emails, job boards, and social media.
• Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice by delivering a superior candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) manager with various recruitment activities.
• Provide administrative support throughout the candidate and new hire lifecycle.
• Optimize and accurately represent job descriptions across all platforms.
• Organize and maintain candidate feedback for future reference.
• Continuously improve the candidate experience by seeking feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and complete candidate records and track the recruitment process in internal systems.
• Manage multiple calendars and coordinate schedules.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in business administration or other related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Recruitment or other related field
• Strong organizational & teamwork skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills
• Great decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Tech savvy & adaptable to changing work expectations.
