IT Recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across a range of IT roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent (including passive candidates).
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Build strong relationships with candidates to foster long-term connections for future hiring needs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive talent landscapes.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and present candidate reports and hiring metrics to leadership.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of IT roles (developers, engineers, system admins, cloud specialists, cybersecurity experts, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize work effectively.
• Proficiency in using ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
• High energy, persistence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
