Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy General Manager - Finance (Fund Raising) to lead equity fundraising initiatives and strengthen investor relationships for our high-growth real estate business. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven finance leader with a proven track record in fundraising, deal structuring, and financial strategy, especially in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Equity Fundraising: Lead the strategic planning and execution of equity fundraising initiatives. Target High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, private equity firms, and real estate funds. Build and drive a capital strategy focused on equity financing to support long-term business growth.
2. Investor Relations: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Present investment opportunities, manage investor queries, and ensure satisfaction through clear, timely communication and reporting.
3. Deal Structuring: Structure, negotiate, and close funding deals with favorable valuations and investor-centric terms. Develop robust financial models, investment proposals, and presentations to support fundraising efforts.
4. Financial Strategy: Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation strategies. Implement innovative financial structures that maximize returns on real estate investments.
5. Stakeholder Management: Act as a key financial liaison with internal teams, institutional investors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure seamless collaboration across departments to align investment strategies with business objectives.
6. Corporate Governance: Uphold the highest standards of financial transparency, regulatory compliance, and governance. Oversee audits, investor reporting, and financial control processes.
7. Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team to build strong financial capabilities. Work closely with the Finance Head to integrate financial strategies with the company's tech-driven and innovation-led growth vision.
8. Business Acumen: Drive strategic financial decisions, optimize fund deployment, and co ntribute to real estate product innovation through strong financial insights.

2. Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis.
3. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
