Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Excel /MS Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor and track project progress, highlighting delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Evaluate and update project timelines based on work progress.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, progress tracking, and preparing reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status.
- Develop dashboards, pivot tables, and formulas in Excel to streamline planning processes.
- Identify risks and suggest corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements.
- Work closely with cost control and procurement teams to align schedules with budget constraints.
- Maintain proper documentation of project planning and scheduling activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Understanding of contract management and claims.
