Job Description
- 3-6 years of experience in HR roles with exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, or employee engagement.
- MBA in HR/Marketing preferred; Engineering background with relevant HR experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for building culture and a vibrant employee experience.
- Hands-on with social media and employer branding tools/platforms.
1. Employer Branding
- Develop and execute internal and external employer branding strategies.
- Manage ASBL s careers page, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to drive candidate engagement.
- Coordinate branding campaigns, employee story features, and digital content.
2.University Relations
- Build and maintain partnerships with key engineering and management institutes across India.
- Plan and execute the Campus Connect Program for internship and fresher hiring.
- Organize campus drives, guest lectures, hackathons, and other engagement events.
3.Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including cultural events, town halls, and wellness programs.
- Conduct pulse surveys and support action planning based on employee feedback.
- Collaborate with teams to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
