Job Description
- Bachelors degree (preferred, not mandatory).
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in corporate travel coordination.
- Strong knowledge of travel management software/tools and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).
- Familiarity with visa procedures, foreign travel compliance, and safety norms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage last-minute changes effectively.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings (flights, accommodations, local transport) for employees and executives.
- Manage travel itineraries and ensure timely communication with travelers.
- Work closely with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate best rates and services.
- Monitor travel budgets and ensure adherence to company travel policies.
- Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, and related documentation.
- Assist with visa processing and ensure compliance with immigration rules.
- Handle emergency travel changes or cancellations with prompt rebooking.
- Liaise with departments to plan travel in line with meetings, events, or project schedules.
- Track frequent flyer programs, travel insurance, and special service requests.
- Prepare monthly travel reports and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure safety protocols and corporate guidelines are followed at all times.
