Job Description
- Analyze user behavior and product performance across ASBL s digital products (Homes, Leads, Progress) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Define, track, and report key product KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with product managers.
- Build dashboards and reports that communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholder.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure accurate event tracking and data instrumentation.
- Collaborate with business, design, and business teams to translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- Document insights and present findings in a clear, structured manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into actionable product recommendations.
- Assist in product roadmap planning by validating hypotheses with data and suggesting prioritization based on impact.
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles (real estate or consumer tech experience is a plus).
- Strong command of SQL, MongoDB and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau).jm
- Experience with event tracking and funnel analysis (Mixpanel, GA4, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills ability to tell stories with data.
- Proficiency in the Telugu language is a plus, as it will enhance communication with our local teams.
