Role Overview:

Join our Controllership team to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for early career finance professionals looking to build a strong foundation in core controllership processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support monthly closing activities.

- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Companies Act).

- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits with timely data collation.

- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Tax teams for issue resolution.

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in accounting or audit (articleship experience considered).

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
