- An Assistant Professor is a full-time academic position in a college or university, responsible for teaching, conducting research, and serving on committees
- They play a critical role in contributing to the intellectual life of their institution and in preparing the next generation of professionals and leaders
- Responsibilities:Teach a range of courses in the department, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels
