Help Desk Analyst

• Respond to and resolve technical support tickets.
• Provide user assistance to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on office equipment.
• Assist in the setup of printers and network devices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Generate activity and recurring issue reports.
• Ensure all systems are operating correctly and updated.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve more complex issues.
• Participate in training new employees on the use of systems and tools.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of procedures and solutions implemented.
  
  

Core Competencies and Skills:

• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Experience in network and WiFi configuration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical problems and their solutions clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Skill in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and OKTA preferred.
