Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a team Leader at ATS Share Brokers Pvt Ltd. The Team Leader will oversee the sales team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales operations. The Team Leader will develop sales strategies, identify key areas for growth, and work closely with the team to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in sales, strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

• Generate revenue by acquiring new clients through effective sales strategies.
  
• Manage existing client relationships to increase sales volume and retain business.
  
• Identify potential clients and develop targeted lead generation campaigns.
  
• Develop strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.

• Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
• Demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing a team of sales professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Understanding of financial markets and investment products is preferred.
• Candidate must have a knowledge of share trading.
• Should have excellent communication skills and good business acumen.
