- Manage and maintain the physical space, including equipment, supplies, and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety guidelines.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring a competent and motivated workforce.
- Address staff grievances and manage performance issues.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Strategic Planning and Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Centre goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Evaluate the Centre's performance and make recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and implement community development strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members.
- Represent the Centre in a positive and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Organize events and activities.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Ensure the Centre is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Handle cash receipts and banking transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
