Authenticate (Santa Monica, CA) is looking for a talented, hard-working, India-based Product Manager to be a utility player on our team. We provide services for identity verification and fraud prevention to add trust and safety, mitigate risk, deter theft, stop loss, protect assets, and ensure the most well-informed decisions based on the most accurate, verifiable data.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for Authenticate. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and updates.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.

Product Development:

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and other teams to define product requirements, features, and user stories.
Comprehensive experience and knowledge of working on elaborate Product and Business Requirement Documents.
Take complete ownership and manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and release.
Ensure product development meets quality standards and user expectations.

Customer and Market Insights:

Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product improvements.
Work with customer support and sales teams to understand customer pain points and requirements.
Conduct analysis and validation of the current product to ensure product solutions are effective and meet user needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead and facilitate communication between product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Act as a product evangelist, presenting product vision and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.

Performance and Metrics:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for products.
Monitor and analyze product performance, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to guide product decisions.
Use data-driven insights to iterate on and improve product offerings.

Project Management:

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
Ensure that product milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
