Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through distributor & retail networks

- Appoint & manage distributors to achieve regional targets

- Identify new business opportunities & onboard partners

- Lead product promotions, market mapping & competitor tracking

- Ensure timely order processing, delivery & collections

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2-5 years experience in lubricants/channel sales

- Strong dealer & distributor network in assigned territory

- Excellent communication & negotiation skills

- Any Graduate
