Principal Recruiter - Technology ( 12 Month Full Time Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for senior technology positions, including product hiring and leadership hiring.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  
• Manage candidate pipeline from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
• A talent pool mapping expert across technologies , geographies, compensation trends etc
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT recruitment with expertise in niche hiring (technology & saas - ai products).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on senior-level hiring.
