SAP DocuSign Consultant (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

\We are seeking a highly skilled SAP DocuSign Specialist with over 6 years of experience, including expertise in S/4 HANA, and at least one full implementation project under their belt.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating and managing DocuSign solutions within our SAP environment, ensuring seamless electronic signature workflows and compliance with industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Implementation and Integration : Lead the implementation and integration of DocuSign solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA environment.

- Project Management : Manage and oversee DocuSign-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

- Technical Expertise : Provide technical support and expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and DocuSign, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

- Training and Support : Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of DocuSign solutions.

- Compliance and Security : Ensure all DocuSign processes comply with industry standards and security protocols.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of DocuSign configurations, processes, and best practices.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP and DocuSign, with at least one full implementation project. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is required.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA modules and DocuSign integration.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Certifications : Relevant SAP and DocuSign certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other electronic signature solutions.

- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance requirements.

- Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions
