Qlik Consultant - Data Analytics (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Provide expert advice on best practices for data replication from Oracle databases to Snowflake data warehouses using Qlik technologies.

- Lead the hands-on setup, end-to-end configuration, and optimization of Qlik platforms for data replication.

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Qlik implementations and data replication processes.

- Design and implement efficient data models and transformations to ensure data integrity and performance within the Snowflake environment.

- Monitor and optimize Qlik and Snowflake performance to ensure efficient data processing and retrieval.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Qlik configurations, processes, and best practices.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including database administrators, data engineers, and business analysts, to deliver successful data replication solutions.

- Participate in requirement gathering, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5-7 years of overall experience in data management and business intelligence.

- 2-3 years of recent, hands-on experience working specifically with Qlik technologies.

- Proven expertise in data replication from Oracle databases.

- Strong understanding of Snowflake data warehouse architecture and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with platform setup, end-to-end configurations, and bug fixing in Qlik environments.

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes.

- Understanding of data security and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Qlik certification(s).

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms.

- Experience with other ETL tools.
