SAP SD/CS Consultant (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize SAP CS and SD modules to meet business requirements.

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live.

- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.

- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in integrating SAP CS with SD and other relevant modules (e.g., MM, FI).

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.

- Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across modules.

- Provide expert-level support for SAP CS and SD modules, resolving incidents and service requests promptly.

- Perform system monitoring and proactive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.

- Work effectively within a global SAP template environment.

- Collaborate closely with onsite (global template/core) teams to ensure alignment with global standards and best practices.

- Participate in global template workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Conduct thorough business requirements gathering and analysis.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.

- Provide expert advice and recommendations on SAP solutions to meet business needs.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test scripts.

- Conduct user training and provide knowledge transfer to end-users.

- Create appropriate user documentation.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and SD modules.

- Extensive knowledge of SAP CS processes, including service order management, service contracts, warranties, and repairs.

- Strong understanding of SAP SD processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, and billing.

- Proven experience in integrating SAP CS with SD and other related modules.

- Experience working with SAP global template environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working in hybrid work environments.

- Ability to create clear and concise functional specifications.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in CS or SD.

- Experience with S/4HANA.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager.
