SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant (8-10 yrs)

Location : India (remote).

Type : Contract (5 weeks, potential to extend).

Experience : 8+ years.

Shift Timings : 6 am to 3 pm IST (once a week support).

Responsibilities :

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules based on client requirements and best practices.

- Utilize your deep understanding of compensation planning components, including the design and configuration of salary structures, bonus plans, and equity award processes within SuccessFactors.

- Manage the integration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals) and external HR and payroll systems.

- Demonstrate proficiency in managing data files, including import, export, and manipulation, and possess a strong understanding of data structures within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.

- Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business requirements into efficient and effective SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, provide expertise, and ensure successful implementations.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

- Manage your tasks and project timelines effectively, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

- Potentially contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation efforts.

- Provide support during testing and go-live phases of the implementation.

- Be available for a once-a-week support shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules.

- Strong understanding of compensation planning components, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity awards.

- Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Compensation with other modules and external systems.

- Proficiency in managing data files and understanding data structures within SAP SuccessFactors.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is highly desirable.
