Service Catalogue Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Service Catalogue Execution
• Lead the lifecycle management of the AGBS service catalogue including the structure (Taxonomy), content and change control including incorporating new services and removing retired services
• Ensures the service catalogue is kept up to date and is consistently high quality
• Provide any necessary assistance with the management of the end-to-end AGBS service portfolio lifecycle
• Service Lifecycle Management
• Support with the day to day running of the service performance management and KPIs, to ensure all services are consistently delivering value and meeting performance benchmarks.
• Service Development & Implementation
• Assist where necessary, with the design, development and implementation of new AGBS services & enhancements to existing services, working in conjunction with the New Service Design specialist
• Assist where required, with the development and implementation of all required assets and tooling needed to effectively manage the service portfolio for AGBS
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Prepare regular presentations and updates on AGBS service portfolio performance for relevant stakeholders including AGBS ExCom and GO
• Financial Management
• Assist in aligning pricing and rate cards into the Service Catalogue
• Customer Focus
• Ensure a customer centric approach is applied to the day-to-day management of the service catalogue including acting on feedback to continuously improve AGBS service offerings and all underlying service catalogue processes and content
• Knowledge of Salesforce tool
