Job Description
We are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team as project coordinators. The Project Coordinators will be placed centrally and will be required to work closely with the District Coordinators and District Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
The project coordinator will perform the following key responsibilities:
- Develop documents as required, including reports, proposals, concept notes, action plans, letters, as well as develop activities and campaign material.
- Develop monthly action plans in collaboration with district coordinators, including a monthly budget for approval from the supervisor.
- Assist in planning and executing work at the District level with the support of the District Administration.
- Provide essential administrative support to district coordinators, facilitating seamless project operations and ensuring efficient communication channels.
- Guide district coordinators in resolving challenges or obstacles encountered on a day-to-day basis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all project-related documentation.
- Conduct regular field visits as needed.
- Report to the project manager as per the requirement.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate in Sociology, Social W ork, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the field of child protection and community development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of child protection laws, government schemes,and development indicators is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Hindi is a must. Knowledge of additional Indian languages is a plus.
