Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for tele-calling of all leads assigned for generating appointments.
- Ensuring Face to Face Visits of customers to ensure service delivery and upsell all such customers.
- To engage with Sales Team and agents for increasing customer penetration.
- Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target.
- Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion% etc
- Managing accurate & updated database.
- Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on regular basis through leads allocated & natural market.
