Bajaj Allianz - Manager/Senior Manager - QlikSense - Life Insurance Domain (6-8 yrs)

1. JOB PURPOSE :

Metrics dashboard development is key responsibility, should be able to work independently in creating Power BI visualization dashboards,

Should be able to work create data transformation pulling data from source tables and creating roll ups and drill downs based on sales hierarchy, product, time and many Life insurance related dimensions. Capability to schedule frequent dashboard refresh in Qlik Sense / Power BI, ensure data quality and consistency

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Create dashboard data layer design and develop related transformation

- Capability to develop dashboards in Power BI

- Understand Data Model and structures

- Understanding of Life Insurance must

- Create a data/ metrics driven environment for all the function Sales function in order to ensure key levers are tracked, reviewed at regular interval to drive business and achieve channel targets

- Work with data engineering team to enable metrics related data for dashboards

- Identify, prepare, review and suggest actionable from 'Key Metrics' prepared for all channels

- Ensure Quality of Delivery

- Preparing Industry analysis and maintaining repository of the business for all the players and providing insights on the same

- Providing Inputs for Automation of Dashboards on Qlik for easy access for key stakeholders

- Key stakeholders -Agency, IB, PSF, OPS, PMO teams these function
