BambooBox - UI/UX Designer Lead - Wireframe/Prototype Design (4-6 yrs)

Functional requirements :

- Design elegant, analytical, and data-based experiences that help our customers measure and optimize their day-to-day work

- Design UI and modular components around Dashboards, Metrics, Insights, and Data visualizations with state-of-the-art standards

- Interview the User Personas to help in your research so that you can be the expert on promoting data-driven design and product practices at Bamboobox

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer facings teams to shape the future direction for your product areas

- Own the end-to-end product design lifecycle from problem definition to ideation, validation, implementation, and future iterations

- Create user journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, UX patterns, prototypes, and visual design

- Communicate designs, decisions, and insights that solve users' problems

- Evangelise design thinking and user-centered design methodologies

- Identify the need for and lead discovery, ideation, and customer research

- Contribute to the Bamboobox Design System, processes, and tools to scale the impact of design across the company

- Help build a strong design culture through collaboration, empathy, feedback, and customer centricity

What makes you stand out ?

- At least 4-6 years of work experience

- Solid understanding and interest in modern UX/UI design principles for B2B SaaS products, and experience working with at least one SaaS product

- Experience working with analytics tooling - FullStory, HotJar, etc is a plus

- Experience working across the full stack design process with an emphasis on discovery, ideation, UI design, High fidelity prototyping

- Solid design and prototyping skills in the latest tools (Figma, Sketch)

- Experience building strong partnerships with product and engineering stakeholders in an agile environment
