Job Description
Handling leads/RFPs for South India - Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala as per process inclusive of:

Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling leads/RFPs for South India - Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala as per process inclusive of:
- Lead qualification
- Management approval on lead
- Co-ordination with operations and procurement teams
- Coordination with legal, compliance teams where documentation is involved
- Pricing approvals from State lead, regional head and MD prior to submission of proposal
Meeting with clients to present our capability/solutions for IFM or Property Management based on requirement.
Ensuring timely closure with respect to documentations - LOA and agreements.
Ensuring P&L BTR approvals upon confirmation of lead.
Quarterly travel to respective states for client engagement/lead generation as necessary
Adherence to RFP timelines for submission.
Qualifications:
Minimum work experience of 3-4 Years in client facing, workplace co-ordination roles
Bachelor s degree, preferably in Hospitality/ Hotel Management.
Other business degrees with experience in client-facing roles is acceptable.
Skills:
Proficiency in email communication and English fluency are a must.
Candidate must be adept with Microsoft Office Tools - Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Teams
